Sap Parçalama makinalarında kullanılan Kasnak ve kayış sistemi, kuyruk milinin devreye alınması sırasında traktörden gelen ani yüklenmelerin şanzımana zarar vermesi engellenir. Sap parçalama makinalarının yan tarafında bulunan kayış-kasnak ayar kolu ile rotor devri kolay bir şekilde ayarlanmaktadır.
Hasat sonucunda toprak üzerinde kalan bitki saplarının parçalanıp temizlenmesi ve tekrar toprağa kazandırılması amacı ile kullanılan makinedir.

About Us

Ekerler Agriculture Machine Industry has been established as a humble lathe workshop in the small industrial zone of Karaman in 1979. Our firm whic has begun its business activities by reparing agricultural machinery, along with technological developments begun manufacturing tractor cabins and then begun manugacacturing trailers as the need of its region. Our firm which has continued trailer production for long years, also manufactured cultivators and spring in order to specialize in the field of agricultural machinery and meet the requirements of farmers. The firm has moved to the New Industrial zone in 1989 and manufactured the first beet harvest machine of the region in 1990 in order to facilitate harvest of sugar beet along with the increasing support to agriculture and increasing quotas for growing beet. The directors of our firm who are experienced in growing and harvesting beet have performed beet harvest firstly in their own farms. After, they have provided the expected efficiency from the machine, they have manufactured the beet lifter wiht tank by combinig their experience in beet lifting with the production technique. in these terms, the firm has entered the sector with 10-15 machines in a year and in the forthcoming years in has determined the future if beet harvest
